I. Shipping

  • Free shipping for prepaid orders above Rs. 500.
  • Technical payment issues are addressed promptly via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Orders once packed or shipped cannot be cancelled/modified.
  • Timely delivery through reputed courier agencies.
  • Normal delivery is within 3-4 business days; longer for non-metros or special orders.
  • Custom, special, or pre-order timelines are individually mentioned in the product description.
  • Items shipped within 7-15 working days; unshipped parts cancelled with prompt refunds.

II. Modifying Shipping Address After Placing Order

  • Address modification is not possible before processing and dispatch.

III. Cancelled Orders and Refunds

  • No cancellation option after shipping.
  • Prepaid order refunds processed within 7-10 days of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed in the customer’s Stefens Wallet only if requested by the customer.
  • In case of delivery failure, refunds will be processed in the same payment mode used for the original purchase.
  • Further decisions regarding refunds are at the discretion of management.

IV. Exchange/Return Policy

  • Size-based exchange within 7 days.
  • Style-based exchange if desired style unavailable in the required size within 7 days.
  • Exchanges are only valid once; specific packaging requirements for pick-up.
  • Return and refund within 7 days; original packaging required.
  • Pick-up service for most locations; refund initiated after quality check.

V. Undeliverable Orders

  • Reasons for undeliverable orders are outlined.
  • Undeliverable orders returned for a full refund.
  • Customers can re-order undeliverable items through the website.

VI. Terms & Conditions

  • The unused and original conditions are required for returns/exchanges.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed; no color exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and serviceable addresses.
  • Returned/exchanged items failing quality check shipped back to the customer.
  • Lost or undelivered prepaid orders re-sent or refunded.
  • Conditions for exchanges, including free gifts and sale/discount items.
  • Exchanges applicable only once; refusal for certain pairs in orders with more than 2 pairs.

Order amount/value calculated after applying discounts/GST or other applicable charges.
